Leadership Team
Joe Roberts, President
Joe has spent 30 years in the IT and Telecommunications Industry. He has held Sales and Management positions with NCR, Verizon, and AT&T and recently was the Chief Marketing Officer for ProTech Systems group, a leading IT Services and Staffing Company. While at AT&T, Joe was the Sales Center Vice President in the Signature Client Group responsible for an $850 Mil/Yr territory. Joe’s team led by six Directors were responsible for sales, support, design, and implementation for many of AT&T’s largest clients in the nation. Joe graduated Cum Laude from University of Alabama with a BS in Commerce and Business Administration.
David Poindexter, Vice President
David has over 30 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. A veteran of AT&T, David has held numerous positions including Communications Consultant, Lead Technical Specialist, Technical Sales Director and Sales Director. In his most recent Director role in AT&T’s Signature Client group, David was responsible for a team of Sales and Service Executives, Technical Consultants, and System Architects. He and his team have provided Mobility, Data and Internet, Hosting, Security and Consulting solutions to his clients. David’s consultative approach allows him to guide the OurConnections team in support of their clients. David holds a Master’s of Business Administration in Business Management and a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Memphis.
Ginger Hodge, Vice President
Ginger has over 25 years’ experience in the telecommunications industry. She has worked with BellSouth and AT&T as a business owner supporting numerous Sales Executives who have marketed BellSouth and AT&T Services. Ginger’s company became an exclusive BellSouth Partner in 2002 and was promoted to AT&T Master Solution Provider status. Her company earned the honor of AT&T Solution Provider Champion status 5 times. Ginger’s teams’ specialty is the support of AT&T voice and data network design and implementation. Ginger’s experience with AT&T and her teams’ focus on process will allow for a superior customer satisfaction experience for her clients.
Sales & Service Team
Alan Hooper, Account Manager
Alan has over 30 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. He has worked for Bellsouth and AT&T and has held numerous sales, service and management positions. His positions and areas of responsibility have included Communications Consultant, Systems Designer, Solutions Engineer and National Accounts Service Manager. Alan’s technical and service background have allowed him to be a consultative resource for his clients in his role as Account Manager.
Angela Miller, Account Manager
Angela has over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Her primary focus throughout her career has been providing mobility service and applications to her clients. She has worked for International Paper, Bellsouth, Cingular, and AT&T and has implemented solutions and provided support for thousands of customers. Angela’s experience and thorough understanding of Mobility solutions have allowed her to be a valuable asset to her OurConnections’ clients.
Tom Graham, Business Development Manager
Tom has over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. He is a veteran of the US Military and has worked for 3M and AT&T. In addition, Tom founded and ran his own telecom services company for over 10 years before joining OurConnections. He has served on Advisory Boards in the Telecom Wholesale and Telecom Platinum Agency segments. Tom brings a total solutions approach to his clients in his role as Business Development Manager.
Phil Reed, Business Development Manager
Phil has over 25 years of experience in the IT and Telecommunications industry while working for BellSouth, Level 3 and CoreBTS. His roles at Bellsouth included Service Consultant, Outside Plant Engineer, and Technical Manager. In addition, Phil was responsible for a team of 15 Service Consultants in his role as Administrative Manager. Phil’s understanding of technology and his Sales and Service experience allow Phil to be a valuable resource for his clients.
Jennah Mendez, Project Implementation Specialist
Jennah has a thorough understanding of AT&T processes and systems.She has overseen dozens of voice and data implementations and projects. She acts as a liaison between Account Executives and AT&T’s provisioning and project implementation staff. Jennah’s knowledge of AT&T’s processes and her implementation experience will allow for a smooth transition of service for her clients.
